What to Eat during cold?
This season dominated most on the pulmonary system, which dominates the skin, respiratory, circulatory , immunity and a sense of melancholy. When it's third season , looking to stockpile closets with winter supplies , but special care is needed and our bodies . Proper food gives the body what it needs during the transition from summer to the colder part of the year . Dry weather we usually obtains scratching throat, irritated nose , lips peeling , rough skin , loss of hair and hard stools .
To produce more bodily fluids that carry lubricating effect on the body , we need specific foods . Mushrooms , nuts and sprouts , pumpkins , honey , soy milk and other dairy products are the welcoming committee of autumn. Experts recommend to eat more foods that have a sour taste, but to reduce the consumption of spicy dishes that are found in onions, ginger and chillies . Acidic foods such as apples , grapefruit, pineapple and lemon have astringent properties , which prevents the loss of body fluids. The body has a need for additional fluids, 3a to counteract the dry environment . If 3a breakfast cook porridge and soup dinner 3a , it will surely get adequate amounts of fluids .
